We will consider a Dirichlet type scattering problem for which the solution of
the wave equation is in some domain which is a subset of the Minkowski space-time with a 3 dimensional boundary surface. The data is prescribed on the surface. We will derive an integral representation of the solution in terms of some unknown density function and then relate it to the given data function, including the farfield equation. We will discuss a special case of small surfaces and derive the first order correction term for the three related equations. We will also discuss the static surface.
